By accessing or using KeepLoaded AI ("the Service"), operated by KeepLoaded ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
KeepLoaded AI provides AI-powered analysis and scoring of freight loads, including profitability, lane, and recommendation tools intended for use by carriers, dispatchers, and brokers.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Trials, if offered, convert into paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may not (a) reverse engineer the Service, (b) scrape, resell, or redistribute outputs at scale, (c) use the Service to violate any law, or (d) interfere with the integrity of the platform.
Scores, recommendations, and projections are estimates generated by machine learning models. They are decision-support, not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for business decisions made using the Service.
The Service, including all software, branding, and content, is owned by KeepLoaded. You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data to operate and improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that outputs will be accurate, complete, or profitable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepLoaded shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account billing page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
